How to shop for memory foam mattresses?

First, when you choose the memory foam, don't just make decision by your weight, because if you are tall, then your weight is dispersed over the bed more.

Generally speaking, a good memory foam mattress already makes you feel comfortable without the need of a box spring underneath it. You can order a platform base to increase the height of the bed, but remember that this mattress should feel good if it was placed on an even, concrete surface.

When you buy memory foam mattresses, be aware of the foam that is used. In order to save money, sometimes, a company can buy the foam from overseas. Here, we are not saying the foam from overseas is bad, but we cannot be sure of the quality or the composition. So when the price is exceptionally low, you may want to find out why the deal is offered.

Also, you may want to look at the warranty that a company offers, because you can then worry less about spending extra money for a higher weighted mattress and can attempt to get the correct mattress feel, but save on cost.
